Harry Edward Styles, known to the world of music as Harry Styles, is a British singer and composer, recognized as one of the members of the group One Direction. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1 1994. He is the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. There together with his three classmates He formed his own group, White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they were winners. He was always interested in music but also wanted to work as the profession of a lawyer, physiotherapist, or even a scout. As a worker at the city's baker, Harry Styles was able to provide for his family. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. His band was forced to split up because of this. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who recommended Harry Styles to be part the group that would later be called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. The formation of the group began in 2010 and the five young people were funded by Simon Cowell. The group performed hits like My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. This made the group one of the potential winners for the prize. However they were in third place just behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive a prize, however Cowell has offered a two million-pound contract with One Direction in order for them to join Syco Records.
